Your son/daughter is destined to thrive in this well balanced and diverse community. I wish they had a high school so I could stay.

With a strong Toddler through 8th grade program, LMS gives your child the gift of stability and community in a warm yet challenging environment. The school offers strong academics along with an emphasis on self-direction, community values, and caring for those around us. A diverse community and strong Sustainability Curriculum round out LMS' strengths.

(March 10, 2015, 3:43 pm)We visited a LOT of schools to find one that felt like the right blend of nurturing and academically challenging... and after we visited and met the staff, we loved it. The teachers really take the time to know your child, and I love that they encourage initiative to learn... my son's now excited about reading, math and science because he gets to choose the projects he works on. My son's learning very quickly and, yet, I love that he sees school as fun. I also love their approach to developing the character of the child; I can see their emphasis on peace and diversity not just as a slogan on a wall, but really integrated into everything they do.
I can't speak highly enough about the school and am so glad we found it.
