The front staff is always helpful, the maintenance team has a turnaround time that far exceeds my past experiences elsewhere, and the proximity to many great local shops, a serene canal path, AND a movie theatre make it really easy to live here. Or how about staying cozy around the bonfire pits provided to enjoy with friends and/or family. And more delightful activities available to do that Town Commons supply :)

The facilities are all brand new, the apartment is beautifully laid out with modern appliances. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and the Olympus management team has been incredible. Great events and assistance if something is broken in the apartment. Can’t say enough about this place!

(February 9, 2022, 11:39 am)When we first moved in to this property the management was not 5 star but the new Olympus property management team has been excellent since they took over the property. We were unsatisfied with the condition of our unit based on the poor management of the previous company but Olympus took over and made amazing accommodations for us to ensure that we were satisfied with our living space. Town Commons offers great amenities and great resident & staff engagement opportunities to get to know others living in the complex. Overall friendly staff, awesome amenities, and a fun place to live!

(January 18, 2022, 5:10 pm)I want to take a moment to recognize two of the maintenance team, Kim and Logan. I can’t say enough about their friendliness, professionalism and positivity. Kim really knows her stuff and it appears she has taken Logan under her wing and so he’s learning from the best. Way to go Olympus for having these two excellent individuals representing your company!
