  If you're at all on the fence about correcting your child's tie, or where to have it done (and I was both), I would urge you to go with the procedure and have Dr. Rosenberg perform it. It's quick, simple, and for us, it's been utterly transformative. Our three-month-old was in the 3rd percentile for weight and has struggled to nurse since the hospital. In the week since Dr. Rosenberg released his tongue and lip tie, he's been able to latch, we've shed the nipple shield, his GI distress (and associated screaming) has resolved, and he's gained over a pound. I know this all sounds like infomercial testimony, but hand-to-heart, it's all true. And the recovery stretches she assigns have been nowhere near as bad as I thought they'd be. Dr. Rosenberg is empathetic and knowledgeable, and the staff are lovely. Don't be surprised if your pediatrician is lackadaisical about the procedure- there seems to be a disconnect in the field about how ties impact nursing. My only regret is that we didn't do it sooner - but it's never too late!

  I would highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg for an infant lip and/or a tongue tie. She spent the time to explain everything and make sure that we left knowing how to do oral motor exercises with our daughter to ensure that it heals appropriately. She also called that night to make sure everything was going well. Thank you!!!

  I was referred to Dr. Rosenberg by our lactation consultant for our one week old son's lip and tongue tie release. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind in scheduling us in quickly. Dr. Rosenberg was amazing in explaining everything before the procedure which was very quick, and following up with us after. 2.5 months later the tongue tie suddenly returned and Dr. Rosenberg saw us back immediately and fixed it again on the same day. The surgeries ultimately fixed our son's latching issues and thanks to Dr. Rosenberg and her team we were able to successfully breastfeed our son. Would definitely recommend her practice for others with kids with tongue and lip ties!

  Dr. Gatti is very professional and extremely personable, he made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Not often do you come across a dentist that gets to know you on a personal level and truly cares about the patient in front of him. Highly recommend him.

  I brought my six week old son to Dr. Rosenberg to assess and revise a lip and tongue tie. Dr. Rosenberg was kind and knowledgeable. Multiple pediatricians and lactation consultants had missed my son's lip and tongue ties! I actually noticed them myself as I was trying to examine his mouth and determine why he wouldn't latch at the breast. He even struggled with bottle feeding, with the milk falling out of his mouth.Dr. Rosenberg confirmed my suspicions and used a CO2 laser to fix his lip and tongue ties that day. His feeding issues immediately improved. He was sore for about three days and responded well to infant Tylenol. He was great after that! I've since referred my sister to Dr. Rosenberg. While my sister is an adult, she's suffered from migraines for many years. After my son's procedure we started looking under all family members' tongues and sure enough, my sister has a tongue tie. She had issues with speech as a child. Dr. Rosenberg said both the speech issues and migraines can be caused by the tongue tie. I'm so thankful that Dr. Rosenberg will be helping my sister and prevented my son from having future problems.
