(September 12, 2018, 1:41 pm)Was in a bind when my ignition stopped being able to turn. The guy was their within a few hours, right around the time he said he was going to be. He was very kind and did the work fairly quickly. The price was good. I definitely felt taking care of and will use them for any trouble I hope we don't have in the future. Would highly recommend.

(July 18, 2018, 3:21 pm)Never thought I had to call a locksmith to save my day, and guess what -- today is that day! The second I closed my trunk I realized I didn't have the keys (house and car) in hands. The first thing popping in my mind was to call 911, and guess what -- my cell phone couldn't dial 911. Then I started panicking, trying everything from youtube DIY videos to calling 10+ of the 800 locksmith phony companies on google search. The more I talked to the dispatches, the less hope I had in them and me and the slim possibility of getting my keys out. Then, it occurred to me, why not call a local locksmith who you know can come over in an hour for sure?! After speaking on the phone with a technician at Lowell Lock & Key, I immediately knew this is it. Not only they would charge $75 of flat fee for opening my car and getting the keys out, which is only half of what's asked for, but also the way the technician addressed my request. Half an hour later, I got my keys out of the car, and I was saved! So, big thanks to the lifesaver at Lowell Lock & Key! Highly recommended!

(April 25, 2018, 2:27 pm)Lowell lock and key saved the day when I lost my car keys. They made me a new one within 5 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I highly reccoment this place not only for the customer service, but their prices are extremely reasonable and afffordable, $100 cheaper then other places I called. Anyone who needs keys made, this is the BEST place around!!!!
