  I am happy with the quality of care provided here. Medical staff and front desk are very nice. Wait times can be long, as it gets crowded throughout the day. Recommended to call as close to 8AM as possible to book same-day appointments.

  I really like CHA in Malden. The staff, nurses, PAs and doctors have all been attentive and caring. They always follow up and have gone above and beyond.

  Staff is very attentive. Short wait times compared to other doctors I have been to.

  The doctors are great, but the pharmacy really needs to get better. They almost charged me for medications that were covered by my health insurance just because they were too stubborn to check. Luckily I went back another day and a different pharmacist was able to listen and help me out.
