They work with you to try to find a budget-friendly solution to whatever problem your car has, which is pretty rare in my experience. We have a BMW and bring it here because their BMW knowledge is excellent -- Will was formerly a BMW dealership mechanic -- and their rates are significantly below the dealer's. We wouldn't bring our BMW anywhere else -- and they're right next to the Oak Grove T station to boot, so you can leave the car there for service while you go into town...

(January 2, 2019, 4:23 pm)This place is truly a hidden gem for car repair. Anthony and Will are always straightforward and do their best to be as honest and forthcoming as possible. I've had a handful of issues and they were all handled well. The prices for parts/labor are second to none. I have had it with dealer places ripping me off for every little thing. I know my car is in good hands when I come here. This will be my go to spot for any future maintenance/repairs. Highly recommended!

Anthony (front desk) is a little rough around the edges but he's a sweetheart. What I love most is Will's (owner) principles for good business and treating customers right. He's in it to do good work the right way, not turn a buck and make a dollar.
