(May 12, 2019, 4:39 pm)I visited the leasing office last week to look for a short term lease options for my wife and I as our new house is still being worked on. I met with Olivia and Sheena who were professional, funny and very nice to my wife and I. we have never lived in an apartment home so we did not know what to expect. asking 1 million questions and Olivia had the patience of a saint answering all of our questions. Olivia took us on a tour of the property and was so knowledgeable about the area. I can see my self walking down to the reservoir on nice days.I wont be here for long, but I can already tell we will be in good hands when we move in next month. Thank you Olivia and Sheena, see you soon!

(March 13, 2018, 4:32 pm)This was my first apartment and it was great! I always felt safe and the community here is great. Everyone is so friendly and looks out for one another. There are a lot of dogs and families which makes it a lot homier. The apartments themselves are quite modern. With kitchenware, it feels like it was built not too long ago. There is a lot of great natural light and a window in the kitchen that opens up into the living room which makes it a lot more spacious. The patios are also a great size, perfect for a family dinner in the summer. The amenities are also great and include a very nice tennis court. There is also a gym literally right across the street, you don't hear nearly any noise from the neighbors, and you are close to downtown. Over all I have had a great experience and would recommend this place!
