My elderly mom now lives in Riverbend of South Natick, skilled nursing facility. We use ambulance and wheelchair van transportation fairly frequently. Our first ambulance (12/12/19) was delayed by fire/accident/emergency transport to ER, a delay of 90+ minutes. Out of their control, the scheduled EMT staff apologized many times over. Then they arranged for a second ambulance & EMT staff as we rescheduled/postponed the 11 am appointment to 1 pm.. Busy, running from another transport, the 2nd team of SONNY and SARAH showed up a few minutes after next ETA. By then, my mom & I had been waiting from 10:15 to 12:35. The team of Sonny & Sarah were professional, friendly, and so humorous! Just what we needed. I sat in the front with Sarah, driver, while Sonny attended my mom (96 yrs old) in the back. S&S made us laugh and brightened our day that had started with frustration. Thanks to this pair we finally arrived at medical appt and successfully returned to Riverbend one hour later.
