  Came in today to see if they can help me replace the nose pads for glasses bought two years ago. Staff is super friendly and got the work done in less than 5 minutes without any charges. Glad that they have the special nose pads in stock (not the kind of nose pads you can find on amazon). Exceptional customer service and professional staff!

  Super efficient, professional, fast and friendly service from everyone at Harborside Optical. I'm very impressed with their level of service and in addition it was at a substantially better price for my new set of lenses than I was quoted in Manhattan. As a part-time pilot I'm very particular about my glasses and contact lenses and the folks here understood my requirements and met it perfectly.

  A W E S O M E STAFF... I am a long time Pure Hockey/ Total Hockey customer, but the boys in this store did not know that (until they saw my account history).
  
  Anyways, we are in town for a tournament, and these guys bent over backwards to help my goalie repair a couple of items. Total pain in the butt maintenance stuff (replace holders on skates, string up some new elastic toe ties), but they did it all for us.
  
  Super well-run location of Pure Hockey. Thanks again boys, great job !!!!

  Devin the goalie guy here kicks butt. He helped me for almost 3 hours, assuring I was in the right brand, style, size, and comfort level; adjusting any and all straps to assure perfect fit! Highly recommended for all goalies!

  After a few knee stingers I was in the market for a more modern pro level goalie knee guard setup. The warrior ritual pro model looked to have what I needed but the local pro shops in my area don't carry the warrior line so I thought I would give the pure hockey store a try, I had heard a new store opened in Springfield, MA that is kind of near me and they directed me to Marlborough, MA store because Springfield didn't have goalie equipment and that store did.
  
  So I traveled reluctantly 100mi from CT to the Marlborough, MA store and was met by Lee who I had spoken to earlier on the phone. Was 100% worth the trip - Lee was over and beyond helpful. I brought my old leg pads and skates and he helped me into the new knee pads and matching pants and then proceeded to help me evaluate my existing leg pad sizing/setup and then reconfigure it to work with the new knee guard style and explained everything along the way. He was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable and left me with a handshake - I couldn't have asked for better service.
  
  As an aside - the store was bright/clean and the synthetic ice/mirror setup in the goalie area was nice. I didn't catch the register lady's name but she was also very nice.
