Dan Morris is very honest. I met him at an open house, when I went to MA to look at properties and didn't have a realtor to work with jet. Talking to him I realized that He can be a very good realtor for me. In continuous contact I feel I can totally trust him. To me it is critical. He totally understand my needs. During the time of my searching for a suitable property he always hold my interest as the most important thing. He works very hard, not only gathering the obvious information, but trying to find out the detail of those overlooked aspects, and alert me if there is any concerns. Once my offer was accepted by the seller. Before moving on to sign the purchase agreement, by chance Dan found out the property just had oil spill and was cleaned. However there might be further fixing and legal cost. Dan told me all he knew, and I gave up that purchasing chance. Our communication was always clear and promptly. Finally with Dan's help I bought my new property, and I'm very satisfied with it. In fact I only saw this property after I signed P&S agreement since I'm living in another state. It simply says how much one can rely on Dan's work.
