  We went with Scott Sellers to represent us during our recent home purchase. Negotiation on the P&S went very smoothly, and I appreciated the many items that Scott added in a Rider on our behalf for our protection. Turnaround time on email communications was also very quick during our P&S discussions.
  
  During the week before our closing, we had last-minute concerns about fixes that might no longer be covered by the builder after the closing. Scott quickly drew up the necessary documents to ensure that we would be covered post-closing, giving us peace of mind on our concerns.
  
  On the day of the closing, we were dealing with the effects of a massive snow storm that had just dumped over a foot of snow the night before. However, the closing still went smoothly and efficiently (about 45 minutes long). A few discrepancies in our initial settlement statement were addressed promptly at our closing, and Scott answered all of our questions in a clear and concise way.
  
  Thank you very much for guiding us past the finish line!! We appreciated the expertise, patience, and good humor during all our interactions.

  We worked with Kathryn Collins for a home purchase and she was fantastic. She was prompt and clear in answering our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed going into the future. I would recommend her without hesitation!

  We recently worked with Scott Sellers on the purchase of our first home. It was a wonderful experience. He made everything completely stress free. He explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what we were signed. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Our closing was a fairly quick one and he got everything done under those circumstances. I would highly recommend Scott and Hornung & Scimone to anyone looking for a Real Estate Attorney!

  We recently had a wonderful experience working with Scott Sellers on the purchase of our home. He came recommended by our mortgage broker and did not disappoint. Scott was incredibly thorough, responsive and patient with us throughout the entire process. He explained every document to us in layman’s terms, worked directly with the seller’s attorney to make sure our best interests were represented and provided each of the documents to us ahead of schedule. We also received great service from Cindy, and Melissa did an excellent job with the closing. We highly recommend Hornung & Scimone to anyone looking for a great real estate attorney!

  Working with David on the closing of my home was a flawless and easy experience. He advocated for my needs, answered any and all questions that I had and was able to explain things to me in a way that made sense.
