Modera Natick Center

My wife and I moved to Modera Natick Center in June 2018. It was our first home in New England after moving from Seattle. The complex is very clean and it is a neat community. We worked with John Matthew to get our apartment and with all of our needs while we were residents. He was great, and we are really glad to have him - recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Modera. The units are very comfortable, location is convenient and the entire staff is top notch. The tenants are friendly and respectful of one another. I highly recommend this property!

I've lived at Modera Natick since October 2015. It has been a beautiful experience. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. Being a single father of two and living here has been wonderful.
The times i had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within 24 hours or less.The club house, pool, and gym are also a great amenity. Molly, John, Sean, and the new property manager Bryan have made my living experience here wonderful.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and must say it is a great place to live! My apartment is gorgeous, with 9 ft ceilings, huge windows, contemporary finishes and details. The Clubhouse and pool are lovely and a great way to hang out with the many friends I've made here. The location is close to all major highways, the commuter rail and tons of shopping and restaurants. The staff is very warm and always helpful. I have never had a problem they could not rectify almost immediately. I love that there are people of all ages and backgrounds here. And many pet lovers!

The Modera Natick Family is an outstanding place to live and enjoy the community experience. We've lived here for almost two years, and without question, the best long-term housing arrangements we have ever had.
