  I've never worked with a personal trainer and was fairly unsure what to expect. Ed was extremely helpful in mapping out a clear and comprehensive workout and diet plan. Ed and the whole community here is extremely approachable and supportive. Top notch equipment, clean, and never too crowded. Highly recommended for anyone looking to pursue any form of personal fitness goals!

  Physical Ed is an honest, knowledgable and enthusiastic trainer. His studio and equipment is clean and well maintained. Whatever your goals are; losing weight, gaining muscle, gaining strength... consult with Ed.
  I have seen results within my first two months which is plenty of motivation to continue.

  Physical Ed's has really helped me overcome a lot of my self-consciousness and nervousness about working out and got me on the path to being in the kind of shape I want.
  
  Ed’s patrons all get to know each other and encourage each other—folks are in all different stages of strength and fitness, and that’s ok. Ed has been carefully walking me through lots of different exercises, teaching me the proper form so that I can isolate muscle groups and avoid injury and giving me the confidence to be able to walk into his or any other gym and know just what to do. I recommend giving Physical Ed’s a try!

  I had been to three different gyms, before arriving at Ed's. Whether there were low quality machines, unhelpful staff, or unfriendly peers; each place I tried had problems that made going to the gym an unpleasant experience. I cycled through these gyms for about a year at a time each, before deciding none of them were for me. Then I came to Physical Ed's, three years ago, and I can honestly say I still love going to his gym now just as much as I did the first day I signed up. Physical Ed's Fitness Studio is a gym for people who want to better themselves, all in a comfortable and friendly environment. Furthermore, if you truly commit to bettering yourself, Ed will give his 100% for you every step of the way. Unlike other gyms where you sign up once and hardly ever go again, Ed will call or text you to make sure you're in the gym and working your hardest. The gym itself is spotless, you'll never meet another trainer who works harder to take care of his establishment. You have to see it to believe it! I highly recommend Physical Ed's to any and all who are truly interested in bettering themselves.
  
  [January, 2019] Update: Still going to Ed's, now on a daily basis. I continue to train with Ed because I know without his consistency everything I have achieved will be lost. Going to Ed's everyday after work (or sometimes before) feels like the highlight of the day, because I can not only see but also feel how my body is rewarding itself for the work I put in, and it is truly amazing! I've also met so many new people through Ed's over the years who have become my friends. I think it's clear enough at this point but Ed's is the best gym.

  Ed's is a great place to work out! Ed took the time to custom tailor a workout plan to help maximize what I was looking for out of the gym. It's been a long time since I had a personal trainer, and it is well worth it to take the time to have an expert teach you new things. Thank you Ed!

I am so glad that I finally stopped in Physical Ed's Fitness Studio! I much prefer spending time outside doing any type of exercise (cycling, running, paddling, skiing...). However, I realize the importance of maintaining muscle and bone strength as I get older.
