  After a few days of severe vertigo and no relief with a medication prescribed, my primary care doctor recommenced Cheryl and her team at the Southborough location. From the start they were extremely accommodating, even fitting me in the same day. After one visit, I was worlds better. I highly recommend it here. Their compassion and knowledge truly put me at ease during a really uncomfortable time. Thank you!!

  I came to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of MetroWest in Southborough, MA and I was lucky enough to receive treatment for my ACL tear and Hamstring tendinitis from Cheryl Abelow herself. Cheryl and the Lauren at the front desk were able to get me an appointment 2 days after I called. They made my evaluation and 1st appointment seamless. I have attended Fyzical Therapy for the past 6 weeks and I received individual attention and nothing but the best personalized care and treatment.
  
  When I first arrived to PT I was unable to squat, jump, lunge, run or kneel down without pain. I had pretty severe muscle atrophy in my leg due to my injury and was unable to participate in daily college activities and get across my campus without pain. After 6 weeks of treatment I can say that I am cleared and able to participate as a D3 collegiate athlete.
  
  I am able to run, jump and play soccer again. My hamstring tendinitis has disappeared and I have gained back immense strength in my leg. I don't fear falling or my knee giving out and my balance has improved immensely.
  
  Cheryl and her team welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like I was apart of the Fyzical Therapy family. I will miss Cheryl and her team dearly but I know they are only a call away and will welcome me with open arms again.
  
  Fyzical Therapy & Balance has been the best PT center I have attend after doing many years of PT for previous knee injuries. I will definitely be going back to them and I would recommend this to athletes alike or anyone in need of PT.

  I highly recommend FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Natick. I went to Dr. Cheryl Abelow to help me with some balance and muscle strengthening issues. The facility is well equipped and the entire staff is terrific! My experience was positive in every aspect.

  I worked with the doctors and staff at FYZICAL for the past ~3 months and physical therapy has turned me into a sore and achey version of myself into a much stronger, better-balanced, and more flexible person—Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. At the end of each appointment, the doctors all made sure I knew what exercises I should be doing at home, and they were always willing to spend the extra time and attention to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. They were also flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments.
