  My experience getting an eye exam was quick but thorough. Staff was very friendly. Recently I called to see if a family member could get an appointment because a toy hit him in the eye and they were able to see him the same day. Only took him 15 minutes and they had treated him and scheduled a follow-up! Excellent experience for both of us.

  I loved Natick Eye Associates! They were very knowledgeable and generous. They were patient with my questions. Everyone was kind. I will be returning again.
  (However don't go to the attached Lensecrafters. They aren't affiliated with Natick Eye Associates but they incorrectly made 3 pairs of glasses until I had to ask for a full refund, taking 7 to 10 days each time making my glasses.)
