  Everyone in this store is super knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up buying two bikes and a bike rack. Nick installed the rack on our car, showed us how to use it, gave us thorough instructions regarding the bikes, went above and beyond to make us feel great about this buying experience. The store gives 3 years of free maintenance with a bike purchase, which is great. They also have an awesome trade-in program which supports local community. I would recommend it to everybody.

  They made a mistake about the price tag. But they realized their fault and fixed it quickly. Nice customer service.

  These folks do it right. Recently purchased a bike from Pappa Wheelies in Natick. Sales experience was excellent with good knowledge of the product and shop team was very capable in sizing the bike to fit. Shortly after purchase a problem developed with the front tire. It turned out that they did not have an exact replacement so they replaced both tires and gave the bike a thorough service. Store manager Craig and Jose in service get a "well done from me"

  Recently bought a bike for my son from Amazon and realized I was in over my head putting this together. The folks at papa wheelies were great. They took the bike in box and put everything together super fast. Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. I had even purchased a kick stand separately that didn't fit correctly, and they got me another one and cut it to the right size. This is an awesome local bike shop that has earned my business and I will make sure to head there for all my families biking needs going forward!
