(March 22, 2019, 2:18 pm)Today I had my first visit to smile direct club located in natick, MA. I want to start off by saying Melissa was awesome! Very friendly, talkative and easy to understand. She covered up all of the things I felt left out on. The customer service was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to start the process with smile direct club. Best decision I’ve made yet!!

The girls who works there Melissa and Zully made me feel very comfortable and they explained me every little detail clearly about the services offered by Smile Direct Club and how to use the aligners. They were very friendly during all my consultation, kind, very polite, the best service I ever had. I can say that I never had been treated so well like this. The place is so clean and organized. Amazing service at all.
