Finally a reception staff that are friendly and easy to work with !! Susan Tomasino was wonderful with my son and to order anything from them was a joy. I have only been there twice but will absolutely be using only them in the future for my self and my kids.
It's a good place if you have money. Nice people. They take care of their customers when they can.
Big thumbs up for Dr Tomasino Optical in Natick MA. I had gotten some golf sunglasses and took them in to get progressive bifocal lenses. They tried but the frames did not really work with the prescription lenses (kept falling out). They took the lenses back at full credit explained the situation to my eye insurance company, got me a different frame and new lenses with maximum insurance coverage. Great example of putting the customer first. Really appreciate the way they handled my issue.
