Such an easy and helpful experience! First time using a storage facility and the bar is set high. I showed up early for my appointment to move in and Kat was quick to accommodate. Had a tech glitch and she teamed up with Pam to make sure I was supported. Appreciate the communication! Glad to have stumbled upon this facility and their increasingly helpful team - thanks for making the moving experience less stressful!

Overall, we had an amazing experience with KI3 design. We discussed what we were looking for and indicated we had a tight timeframe. Rob and Rich worked with us to stay within our budget in the timeframe we discussed. The design was better than we could have imagined and it really showed that they listened to what we wanted. Every detail was perfect! Everyone on the team was easy to work with. They truly gave us the kitchen of our dreams!!!

The team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and designed our dream kitchen. They were honest, informative and most of all fun to work with. Renee was helpful in helping us completing the kitchen and surroundings with appliances, art, chairs and more. She was always available to consult and answer any questions. During the actual installation she was on site daily making sure that everything is being delivered and installed correctly and in a timely manner.
