  I have lived in Avalon at Chestnut Hill for eight months so far, and truly enjoy living here for great location and friendly staff here. Tim Murphy from the office is knowledgeable and replies to email questions quickly. I particularly appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the maintenance staff: Hajrudin and Maynor. I had maintenece needs a couple of times. I was impressed that each time when I submitted my request on line, they would contact me in half a day or less then came to get the problem fixed. Very smooth and they are indeed nice people! Thank you, Tim, Hajrudin and Maynor for your help to make our lives easy at Avalon! Much appreciated!

  I think it is sad when people try to bring a place down by giving it horribly untrue reviews. I toured this place and have had many friends live here and know that the staff is far from racist. Omeilleo is one of the best maintenance managers and truly care for the residents. The leasing staff are nothing but caring and sweet and I would live here if my current lease with the Kendrick was up. I can't stand the Kendrick. It is fancy and new but the staff could care less and maintenance just twiddles their thumbs over there. THANK YOU CHESTNUT HILL AVALON.

  Maynor and Joseph (Yose) came immediately to repair our bathroom door and found it will require additional attention they will return for tomorrow. They are both completely compassionate & expert in solving problems quickly and thoroughly.

  Maynor was very quick to respond to my no hot water issue. He was at my apartment in less than 15 min. He was so personable, considerate, professional and Knowledgeable. Maynor's service is always prompt and efficient. Avalon is very lucky to have him apart of their team.
