Molla Builders helped us with a smaller job to fix drywall that had been damaged by water. They were very responsive and did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the project. Everything was done with very high quality and careful attention to detail. We would recommend them for other projects.

Molla Builders just completed a project as my house and I can't say enough good things about working with Dennis, his workers and sub-contractors.

Right from the initial phone call to Dennis, he was on point all of the time. He is prompt, courteous, well organized and communicative. He did what he said he was going to do 100% of the time. There were no surprises, unnecessary delays or unexpected costs. It was like clockwork.

I have done my own carpentry projects my entire life, but this type of (structural) work was out of my league. Consequently, I was very nervous about hiring someone, especially in the current environment we're in where finding qualified contractors can be a challenge. But they handled the job like it was a walk in the park and the final product greatly exceeded my expectations.

I am already in discussions for my next project with them and I have no doubt if I move forward with it, I will be equally satisfied.

I can’t express how wonderful it was working with Dennis Molla and his team. Dennis completely remodeled our first floor living space in our 1985 Garrison Colonial. First I’ve never met a contractor that kept a house so clean during a construction project. He respected every space in our home whether it was part of the project or not. At the end of the day the areas were swept clean, organized and free of any trash or debris. Our job was done on schedule and that’s because the highly skilled and talented crew, Illya and Andrey, showed up daily and put in a full days work. From start to finish Dennis went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered and anything big or small that came up was taken care of. I truly didn’t have to worry about anything because I knew that it would get taken care of with the utmost attention to detail and at the highest quality. I would not hesitate for a second to have him back in our home in the future and I highly recommend him for any project at yours!!!

We hired Dennis to remodel our master bathroom, master bedroom, basement bathroom and mud space. We had an excellent experience working with him and his team and cannot think of any other contractor for our future remodel needs. We strongly recommend his services for anyone looking to remodel.
