(August 10, 2018, 11:10 am)Great customer service experience! I came on a busy Saturday morning and was greeted at the entrance, asked if I had any questions, and offered personal consultation. I declined the more personalized assistance, but when I did think of a few questions, I got answers pretty quickly. They let you take home and keep samples too! I thought I was going to be overwhelmed by the showroom, but actually wouldn't have minded if it was bigger. Ultimately, I may wind up getting tile at Watertown Tile because they had some I like better and is on sale, but I wouldn't hesitate using Fitzgerald.

There's a large selection of tile and they have the tile in the warehouse in the back, so if you can haul what you need - you can take it away that day.
