  By far one of the best jewelers, the staff was so helpful in helping me pick a new wedding ring, no pushy sales. Jimmy and Sherry showed me several beautiful pieces before picking the one i loved and kept going back to . Lisa was not in that day however she did contact me to tell me ring would be done shortly to my surprise it was done and they had been chatting w my husband who went to pick it up ( and also said they were wonderful) they thought it would be a nice surprise and by far it was ....
  Such a great experience with some wonderful people that really listened to what I was looking for ....My ring is everything I wanted ...

  Lisa, Jimmy, and Sherri are a great team. My (now) fiancé brought me to take a look at diamonds and settings to get a better idea of what I wanted for an engagement ring. I did not have a very specific vision of what I wanted, but Lisa and Jimmy patiently walked us through the process of picking out a diamond shape, quality, size, and ring setting until I found what I wanted and within my fiancé’s budget. They were so patient with us in helping us find EXACTLY what I was looking for. Jimmy carefully walked us through the components of the diamond selection process and let us compare diamonds with objective advice. Lisa showed us bands to go along with the engagement ring to see what different engagement ring settings would be like with a band. I ended up selecting to create a custom designed ring and could not be more pleased with the final product. I receive compliments about how beautiful my ring is all the time, even from complete strangers! I was so impressed with how Lisa and Jimmy were able to patiently and kindly help me figure out the ring style I was looking for with the vague details I was able to give them about my personal style. On our last visit, I tried the ring sized on again to confirm my size and Sherri suggested going a quarter size smaller than the size I was planning on. I’m glad she did because I do not need to worry about my ring slipping off in cold water or spinning when my hands are cold. I would recommend The Jewelry Vault to anyone who is looking for a jeweler with excellent taste and truly works with you to find or create what you are looking for.   Sheri and Lisa did a great job of finding the perfect anniversary ring I was looking for. Sheri worked within my budget and did a great job of finding the ring I wanted. What I really liked about the store is throughout the entire buying experience, there were no sales gimmiks and push that you generally encounter at other stores. I found the ring to be reasonably priced and I will go over there again for future purchases.

  Sheri, Lisa and Jimmy are all so amazing! They are inviting, knowledgeable and honest; all the qualities you look for in a jeweler. My fiancé, Kyle, and I have been going to the Jewelry Vault for many years now and Kyle purchased my engagement ring here which is beyond stunning and exactly what I wanted to say the least. I had originally gone in with my Pinterest board of rings I thought I liked, I showed Sheri and she pulled out all sorts of rings that matched my board but I wasn’t thrilled. She asked if she could show me her favorite ring in the store and I said absolutely! She pulled out this gorgeous 2 qt center stoned, princess cut halo raised engagement ring and I was sold. The center stone was a bit big for me, but they knew exactly how to make it what I wanted. Fast forward to last week when Kyle and I went in to purchase our wedding bands and we both found what we wanted instantly. Jimmy flashed a new men’s line that Lisa and I had been talking about for months, and instantly I liked one of them, walked away to allow Kyle to have a look for himself and let Jimmy walk him through all of the styles, and ironically enough he picked the same ring I did, a ring made out of metiorite. Yup, metiorite, it’s one of kind and not one ring is ever made the same. Needless to say we were in and out, felt extremely comfortable with our forever purchases and are so happy that we keep flashing pictures of our rings to our friends and family. Whether you are looking for some great earrings, a different jewelry line or maybe that special ring you must go to the Jewelry Vault!
