(August 22, 2020, 6:37 pm)Have to share details of my experience with this shop. I bought two jet skis this year. One of them was struggling, running rough. I gave them a call. The service tech was honest. It would be a while before he could take a look at it. Instead of blowing me off, he tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. I tried the things he suggested with no luck. I finally pulled the plugs to find one stripped. So, I called again. Now, being later in the season, they could squeeze me in. Took care of it in short order for a very reasonable price.
I would highly recommend these guys. Given discussions with the previous owner, we believe this was stripped by another dealership (I won't name names) when winterizing it last year. Those guys wanted nothing to do with me. Not only would they not stand behind their work, but they wouldn't even squeeze me in to see if they could take care of it. The guys at North Reading Motorsports took more ownership of getting this fixed so I could enjoy the rest of the season than the shop that was likely the cause. -

The parts associate looked everything up for me and one of the mechanics provided me some tips to make things go smoothly. All my questions were answered and all items provisioned. Recommended!
