Every time I have come here for doctors visits I couldn't ask for better service. The front desk staff are friendly and quick to sign you in. Not to mention they have a really fun vibe back there, always seems like a party! I also find the waiting room to be quite peaceful, and thats something not most doctors offices have. I also have used the bathrooms a few times here and they are always very clean, and kept nice which is reassuring that they keep everything else clean and up to date! And finally, I must say that all the doctors I've had the pleasure of seeing here have been kind, quick to listen and empowering in their recommendations for better health. Oh, and I almost forgot to say that the NURSES are the BEST! I enjoy their conversation and company as they collect information for the doctors.
Have ALWAYS provided quality service
I have been going to PFP since it opened. My doctor moved to this location. I have read about people saying at check in that they are rude. Never had a problem. They are very direct with questions regarding your appointment. Maybe that is why people think they are rude. I would rather have someone being direct about my appointment than be quickly checked in. The nurses use computers to look up your history etc. This is not 1940 were every nurse knows everything about you. I have been there at check in and I am surprised at how rude people can be. It is all about them and not the people waiting to check in as well. As far as not being seen for being late, really grow up and be responsible. I get a confirmation call when ever I have an appointment and it states be there 15 minutes before your appointment for check in purposes. In my opinion it is the person not the practice that is the problem. Its all about me. That is the problem.
I dont know why people are leaving bad reviews I think this place is great. I wouldn't want to be brought there if I was having a heart attack but when I needed a few stitches or was sick with something bad they've always been great. And the immediate care side makes everything so convenient I can just walk in whenever I need a doc. It's nice that I dont have to make an appointment and wait days to be seen. And every time I've gone in the immediate care side I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and everyone is always very friendly.

I am so happy with Pepperell Family Practice. I am a medical/surgical CEO, therefore would naturally be more critical than most. Now that they have their urgent care, we have great medical care in town, including after hours care.
