  The coaches who run each session are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to workout. All the members are also very friendly and supportive. If you're looking for a great place to start your fitness journey CrossFit Pepperell is the place.

  I have been a member of CrossFit Pepperell just about a year and a half and just wanted to take a minute to tell people about it. First of all the owners and all the coaches take special interest in helping members of all abilities achieve their fitness goals. The facility is always clean and the equipment is all top notch. CrossFit Pepperell is much more than just a gym. They have built an amazing community of people who are always supporting one another. There are fun challenges to keep things exciting, special events around certain holidays and an in house competition every year. I started out with no idea what CrossFit entailed and am now doing movements I never thought possible.

  CrossFit Pepperell has changed my life completely. The gym is always clean and the people are extremely nice. The coaches are the best and always push you to do your best in a safe way. I would recommend this gym to everyone no matter your age or strength level

  I met Lori and Ron, the owners of CFP, two years ago at a fall festival in town. I wasn’t looking for a place to exercise at the time but they made a big impression on me with their genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
  
  Fast forward to this spring when I began training for a triathlon and needed to supplement my swimming, biking and running with some strength training and Metabolic conditioning. As a fitness professional myself, I know they importance of cross training and challenging your cardiovascular system with different intensities. Remembering my positive interaction with Ron and Lori in the past, I decided to visit CFP for a complimentary session and experience a workout for myself. I was excited to find that Lori and Ron had a well rounded program and knowledgeable staff to help me work hard on my new goals. I also have been very impressed with their nutrition offerings, welcoming community of members and ever varying workouts. The programming and encouragement for all levels of fitness makes it a challenging yet supportive place where you can achieve great things!

  I’ve been a member here for about two years now, and honestly I was actually afraid to join in the first place. I imagined that I’d be the odd man out because I had never done anything like this before. It only took one class with the group to realize how wrong I was. The members and coaches at this box are some of the most supportive and encouraging folks I’ve ever met at a gym. We support each other no matter our level of ability. I’m never the fastest or strongest and that doesn’t matter. What matters to everyone is that you’re there with them and giving it your best. The owners are truly passionate about their members and their journey to become their best selves. The coaches are always there to help me learn, progress, and even scale when I need to. If you’ve been curious about CrossFit, don’t be afraid and just try it here in Pepperell!

  I’ve been a member at CrossFit Pepperell for over a year. The atmosphere is unlike any other gym I’ve belonged to. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, encouraging and kind. The coaches continue to impress me with their knowledge and skills. They are always encouraging us as athletes to push ourselves and to be as strong and healthy as we can be. The gym is clean, organized and comfortable. Not only have I learned fitness at this gym but I have gained so many friends!

Everyone is extremely supportive. Since joining Crossfit Pepperell I have lost over 7% bodyfat and 75lbs. Can't say enough positive things about this place.
