  I cannot give enough praise to the team at Back to You. I first visited 7 years ago for an injury to my shoulder... At the time, I could not lift my right arm above my head. Within 2-3 weeks, Carol had me throwing a football again. Recently, I went in to rehab for a knee injury. Again, Carol and her team worked their magic and I'm feeling great after just 3 visits... I'm still on the road to recovery, but I know that I would not be healing as fast without her help. Highly recommend!

  Back to You PT is incredible--and a special shout out to Courtney Brown, DPT. I have been a patient at Back to You PT on three separate occasions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and with Carol and her team’s dedication to their mission. Unlike a number of other PT offices I’ve been to, Carol and her team don’t just go through the motions without regard to actual patient results. They use all modalities at their disposal to get you back to health/activity, and work closely with you on your exercises and stretches so that you are using exactly the right form to get results.
  Most recently I worked with Courtney at Back to You, on a couple of different injuries. Courtney is a fantastic therapist and—a bonus--is absolutely great fun to work with. Courtney tailors her approach to each patient’s needs and abilities, whether you are looking to get back to a job, daily activities or athletics.
  The surgeon who conducted my ACL reconstruction was very impressed with the rehab results I achieved with Courtney’s help. Similarly, with Courtney’s help I was finally able to alleviate persistent knee pain I’d had for years (other knee from the ACL injury), and for which my orthopedic surgeon had been recommending eventual knee replacement.
  Couldn’t recommend Back to You Physical Therapy more highly. Thanks Carol, Courtney, Britney, Zack and Emily!
