(October 18, 2019, 9:51 am)I'm really shocked with the negative reviews. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I unfortunately totaled my car and it was brought here after the accident. From the customer service reps to the men in the yard, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I grabbed everything I needed. I had to come back a second time to grab something from my trunk I forgot (receipts for my insurance) and it was a little tricky because the stock number was registered to another car but they still worked to resolve the issue so I could retrieve the rest of my belongings. All in all, this place is great! They even offered me coffee and donuts while I waited. Sooooo nice!!!

(August 16, 2019, 1:07 pm)IAA was professional and VERY prompt. My car was picked up from the towing company the very next day. Then, when I forgot to pull my Mass. EZ Pass transponder off my windshield, IAA really showed their stuff. The car, which was totaled, went to their salvage yard. I called IAA and they were helpful as well as hopeful. One of their mechanics went into the yard and retrieved my transponder. Then someone in the office packaged it up and sent it to me. It arrived at our house in two days. Thank you, IAA!
