  These guys were great. We had a fairly straightforward clogged toilet, and called to schedule and appointment for service. They were able to come down in less than an hour and our plumber, Eric, was really friendly and knowledgeable. He cleared our clog really quickly and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. The cost was really fair and affordable. We will definitely be calling them again the next time we have plumbing issues.

  Very Professional, Came immediately, Main drain was clogged with hundreds of baby wipes. He came, he fought, he conquered. Patrick was a great guy. Would absolutely recommend Drain Doctors to anyone who has a drain problem.

  As a member of a family that has owned owner-occupied, multi-family properties for a couple of generations; the call for service was promptly answered and expertly managed. Every data element on the call was repeated back: precisely, data element for data element without a single error. Service was immediately scheduled and arrived in the 1st, 30 minutes of the 2 hour window. Actual service to unclog a basement toilet was expertly done in a manner that left the surrounding area clean [there was no overflow prior to service].
  
  Keep in mind that this is a premium service. The cost regarding promptness and expertise is commensurate with the service level. I did not ask for the "Albert" coupon and they did not offer it to me as a 1st time customer.
