I have had two appointments with Dr. Reister at his Sudbury and Stoneham offices. At both locations the staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling and helpful. Dr. Reister is amazing. So personable, truly cares.. I have a lengthy medical history and he took the time to review it incredibly thoroughly with me and is really trying to find the root of my problems. He doesn’t rush his patients out.. just genuinely caring and knowledgeable. I am so thankful to have found this office and feel so comfortable and confident in their care.
Dr. Riester is very good with children (and parents). He is very knowledgeable and he takes his time, we never feel rushed. He is an excellent doctor and we would recommend him!
First visit with Dr. Riester. The wait time was kind of long. He was apologetic for the wait and mentioned it was not typical. He is a really nice guy. Takes his time with patients. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an allergist.
I came from a different allergist who was very impersonal and actually fairly rude to me over the years. I chose Dr. Riester because of the location and to see how I would feel with the staff. Very knowledgeable courteous care by nurses and physicians. Dr. Riester is attentive to symptoms and concerns as well as being current in health research. Willing to help negotiate logistics of care and provides timely options. Dr. Riester and nurses Ann, Monique, Nicole & others are always very respectful, non-judgemental, attentive and comforting which makes me feel safe in their care.
