Punctual on appointment times. Lumper fees are reasonable. There is minimal parking but overnight is available.

If your apt is early between 0500-0700 you can get out of here in no time. Majority of The apts at that time are in the indoor dock, very tight. Advise to roll those tandems way forward you're going to want the trailer moving quick. Lumper fees vary, rarely see higher than $275. Overnight parking off to the side.

Decent group of guys working here, no BS. Vending machines in the break area are cash only, have a few different restrooms.

Only downside is waiting for paperwork after unloading. It can either be under 20mins or easily 1-2 hrs. Hit and miss. Come prepared for that.

Very nice people. Fast unload time, especially for a grocery warehouse. Lumper was quick but didn’t beat the hell out of my trailer suspension going in and out of it. Very well done Zack.

Over night parking available. Appointment time 0930. Checked in at 0845. In a dock right away and very fast unloading. I certainly can't complain.
