  Very impressed with my service experience with IRA Toyota of Tewksbury today. The service representative Cody was very professional and pleasant explaining what items would be serviced and when I picked the car up he very nicely explained all that was completed and what would need to be done in the future, new tires and an alignment. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend IRA Toyota of Tewksbury.

  Bought a extremely low mileage 2018 4runner for a fantastic price I might add ..unfortunately there was line of sight damage to the windshield, which was repaired, I was not happy with. Voiced my displeasure, 5 minutes conversation. They put in a new Toyota windshield . I felt there goal was my total satisfaction was there goal. 100% plus plus !! Very honest people

  Very good service! Nice people, I felt like I left there very happy! The only thing they can improve is cleaning the cars before you pick them up. The inside is fine! But the outside had a little dirt that could have come off if they washed the outside.

  I went in for a simple recall & a few questions.
  The service representative was very helpful getting a stuck back-seat headrest to work, and showing me how to hook up the cloth cover under the hatchback. He also noticed that I was due for a state inspection, so we added that to this appointment. In addition he pointed out that the car, though Certified used, was still covered by Toyota Care for another 6 months. And the service itself was quicker than he predicted.
  One annoying problem was that the questions I had entered through the IRA Toyota website we're not readily available to the representative, and I forgot one question, so I will have to go back for another appointment. He did offer to look my questions up, but I thought I remembered them and waved him off. I do think that what I had taken the trouble to add through the company website should routinely appear to the representative.
  It was also very inconvenient to get there at 9 a.m. & have the bathrooms out of commission from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., reportedly due to construction that started today. An apology sign on the doors did nothing for my discomfort. Fortunately I could walk a couple of blocks to a coffee shop that had a bathroom.
