  Had a great visit today. Fast, efficient and great provider. Had been to the Billerica Carewell. This was my first visit to Tewksbury. Will go again if me or a family member needs care when my PCP is not open. Thanks.

  The clinic was quick and efficient with very nice and professional staff. My only quibble was having to fill out my intake forms on an electronic tablet using my finger (no stylus). I was literally shaking with the flu and found that really challenging. I also felt bad for the next person who was handed the grimy tablet that I had used now covered with my flu germs.

  I use Carewell for my whole family. They are always fast and efficient. I recently had to have my nail removed and the Dr. worked with me to my comfort zone and took all the time needed to remove the nail. I am thankful this group of people are right near my house!

  My family and I have used CareWell a number of times for infections, Strep, injuries, and each time has been a very good experience. At a place like this you go in knowing you are going to have to wait. Other than that, everyone is respectful and friendly, the doctors are all knowledgeable and helpful. I have gone for second opinions and the doctors at CareWell were spot on. Last night my son had an emergency eye injury. They realized they could not treat him there and recommended we head in to Mass Eye and Ear. It was the best recommendation and I appreciated their help and opinion.

  I came in with my twins for myself and it was very fast. I wasn't waiting more than 5 minutes. Owen was great. And the doctor that came in was fast and listened to what I had to say. This is by far the best urgent care ❤
