“I've been going here off and on for years, it's just a basic gym. I use it as a supplement to my regular gym. I've noticed that at peak times theres not enough lifting equipment and people are frequently waiting around or stalking others for equipment or a spot. I mostly go in on my rest days just to use the treadmill, for that purpose it works great and is open 24hrs.”
