Professional Physical Therapy

Let me start this review with a big THANK YOU! I came here back in 2020 for a knee injury and Joel knew exactly what to do to get me fixed/healed. This year I needed to go back for a new injury to my shoulder from skiing. Joel's knowledge and experience and treatment methods fixed/healed me again. I also advised my son who is a runner to go to Professional PT for his foot and he did, and working with Joel he was able to correct his foot issue. Recently before a championship race my son had another issue and Joel was able to see him and help him. It was successful as my son was able to win the division title.

Having been to many physical locations over the years, I’d highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Tyngsboro. They have the equipment needed for any condition, their staff were wonderful from the front desk to Joel, who worked with me to improve my ‘bilateral’ hip and lower back pain. When I started there, the pain kept me up at night and limited my activities. I now have the tools I need to keep myself strong and flexible so my nights aren’t interrupted and I’m not limited by my pain!!

I went to Joel at Professional PT barely able to lift or move anything with my shoulder without severe pain. Joel worked with me every week, giving me work to do at home in between sessions and starting every session with how did I feel that day, not based on how it had been last time, or how it should be. His patience and encouragement were so helpful on days when I was frustrated. Everyone at Professional PT, including Shaina at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and kind, I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough for all the help that they gave (and continue to check in) with my dad. Joel is brilliant, patient, and helps you understand what and why any specific exercise is important. He's willing to work with you to go at your speed and gives honest feedback on your progress and treatment. Shayna is a godsend with scheduling and lets us know when something comes up, like any closings for the weather or any openings that happen. It's always clean and sanitized. Plus, the music is great for getting moving, but not so loud that's distracting and obnoxious. Not to mention this place is easy to get to being right off the highway (whether or not you're coming from the North or South) and they having plenty of parking. We cannot say enough great things about this place. If you need any physical therapy help, we highly, highly recommend them!

This place is the best!!! I hurt my back in December and was so nervous to start therapy, but these guys have made it such a positive experience. Steve (my physical therapist) is awesome! He is so knowledgeable and friendly and has been so supportive throughout the process. I am now fully back to my normal activities and I truly have him to thank for it. He took my concerns seriously and helped me progress back to where I was prior to the injury. The facility is so welcoming and very clean and spacious. If you have an injury and need PT, I definitely recommend these guys!
