  I had a strange water temp issue at my house that plagued us for several months. 128 Plumbing, and in particular, Dom, was able to diagnose the issue and solve it quickly. Dom was a complete professional - exactly what you hope for when hiring a service organization. Also a shout out to Michelle in the office who handled scheduling - great attitude, very friendly and always returned calls promptly.

  I had an emergency on a weekend and 128 Plumbing was there for me. The person answering the phone was so quick to get someone out to my home within 15 min. Charlie was my plumber and is was fantastic. He was knowledgable and efficient and very respectful of my time and situation. He gave great customer service and did impeccable work. He went over and beyond. He is an asset to 128 Plumbing.

  Levi came back today with a few guys and they completely did a huge install of a new heating and hot water system. This was a huge job and they opted to stay late and finish it in one day when it was easily a two day job. They were sensitive to our situation, ( wife was due to give birth any minute ) and busted it out in a very cramped location. Can’t say enough about how happy we’ve been with this company and the beautiful work they do and the level of professionalism constantly displayed. I recommend them highly. Having worked many trades myself, I was super impressed and wished I could have worked with a crew like theirs. Amazing people, all of them. End to end experience is admirable.

  Norm completed my annual heat check today. He was on time, polite and professional throughout the entire visit. My furnace is aging and he outlined all of my options; from replacing just a few parts to a complete system replacement, along with the pros and cons of each. He emphasized that he was not trying to talk me into the most expensive option, he was just educating me so I could make the best decision for myself. He did the same with my hot water heater. I've been using 128 Plumbing for a few years now and highly recommend them if you are looking to have go-to experts available when you need them (and hopefully before you need them.) Thank you for putting my mind at ease!

  From the first phone call to EVERY encounter thereafter the team at 128 has been wonderfully amazing! I cannot thank them enough or express enough how satisfied I am with the work, knowledge, education, support, and service they provided. Every single member of the team I worked with has been great. From my first meeting with Kevin, to my calls and emails with Jean, the walk through with Dave, my many detailed discussions with Glenn, the boiler replacement with Joe, the mini split instillation with Wayne and Paul, every encounter was pleasant, attentive, friendly, and informative. It is clear that the 128 team take a great deal of pride in the work that they do and the service they provide. I am sure this is a busy season for them and they made me feel like I was their only customer every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend 128! I purchased a 3 year service plan with them, but I image my connection with them will go far beyond that, as they are customer focused and reliable. They provided customer service at the highest and finest level. Thank you 128 for all you have done for me and my home. It is GREATLY appreciated!!!!!
