After checking reviews of Waltham auto body shops I dropped by Jimmy’s unannounced to get an estimate on the partially detached left rear bumper of my 2020 Lexus, damaged from exiting a steep driveway entrance. The owner interrupted what he was doing and, after examining my car, got a few tools and spent the next 15 minutes on his back in front of his garage fixing my car, which required two concealed screws because I had broken a fastener. My bumper now looks perfect and brand new. The owner then declined to charge me for his valuable time and I had all I could do to buy coffee for his crew. Jimmy’s Auto Body has a stellar reputation and now I know why.
