(September 7, 2018, 2:29 pm)Placed a call to this company to use their services. They returned my call promptly and we discussed my issue. Because they typically work with commercial clients, he spent time really understanding what I needed.
Rather than coming out and just taking our money for services we may not need, he offered advice on what steps we could take to address our issue. He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me and gave me a referral for a remediation company. It was fantastic! It is not too often that you find companies that put the good of their customers first. I would wholeheartedly go back to them for their services in the future. -

Figuring out what is making you sick in your home is very scary. You need to know you can trust the team you pick to work with - and this team is impressive. In the mold and air quality space you have to have the best science, a deep understanding, and a commitment to finding the truth - Gene and his team embody this. And they are enjoyable to work with too.
Although I hope to never move into another home with mold (3 is enough!) I will always have Boston Environmental perform the mold inspection on anything I'm considering purchasing and would hire them for all needed testing for any air quality issue. Truly their commitment to thorough science is impressive. -

(February 18, 2018, 3:28 pm)Boston Environmental was immediately responsive and concerned about environmental health & safety in the environment were I was living & working. The engineers were able to perform testing and obtain results within a very short period of time, so that I could take action as soon as possible to address the issues. The company is quite reputable and came highly recommended. I would further recommend this company to assess both residential and commercial concerns. They offer services to address a very wide variety of environmental issues.
