I had cataract surgery Sept. 8, 2022 and again on my other eye Aug. 7, 2023. My doctor was Dr Robert Cavalieros. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this doctor and his team. Each person introduced them self to me, and informed me (both times) of what they were doing and what to expect. I was put completely at ease. Amazing results with both surgeries.
They made me feel very comfortable from the time I walked in. Staff is super efficient.
I was comfortable and well cared for while at this facility. I am returning for second eye in October.
Everyone there was attentive and caring towards me while I was there for cataract surgery :-)
This was my first time at Surgisite. I had an epiretinal membrane removed. The experience was very comfortable and everyone was very pleasant and very helpful. I felt that I was well cared for and never left to worry. The anesthesiologist was especially helpful and he sat with me twice. When he administered the anesthesia lidocaine to my eye, he tested me by having me follow his finger and he said he was going to give me a higher dose to insure there would not be any pain. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. Following the procedure, The staff made me feel well cared for and one staff nurse sat with me and went over all the post op info and requirements. He explained about using the eye shield when sleeping and wearing my glasses during the day to protect the eye that was operated on. He also explained about the eyedrops that I have to use for the next 2 months and how to administer them.
The entire time I spent there, I felt at ease and when I expressed some nervousness, the staff comforted me.
