  Quick to come to house to give estimate. Had wonderful ideas to help packing easier. Day of the move they showed on time and the movers were quick and very careful with our furniture. Movers were very polite, friendly, and helpful. They even moved my bed twice for me!! Would not hesitate to use Olympia moving and storage again.

  I have personally moved twice with Olympia, and have referred them to two other friends to execute moves, and in all instances, they have been outstanding in their work. Right from the start, Ida, our account representative, took control of the process, and made our role in the moves quite simple. We had very minimal, almost non-existent damage, in both moves, and the moving crews were all professional, courteous and caring. I will continue to refer Olympia to friends and associates because of their high quality performance, and complete commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

  Great moving in and out experience. The crew was on time, extremely polite and handled all the furniture with care. They packed everything themselves extremely gently, even including the plates and put everything back in place in my new apartment. Basically, the transition was painless and took almost no time. I had a lot of options and glad, that I have chosen Olympia. 5 stars

  We used Olympia last year for a move of 100 miles, based on a referral from our realtor. It really worked out well. They did a tour of our house to give us an estimate and size the necessary truck. With a long move we were concerned that a lot of time might be necessary, but the job went quite efficiently and came out well within the estimate we were given. The guys on the crew moved very quickly and were courteous and professional. They also did a good job coordinating the move from the initial call through the final completion, keeping in close communication with us. I would not hesitate to use them again.

  I cannot say enough good things about Olympia. Eddie, our sales associate, came to the house and walked through the process with me (while being patient that I had two unhappy kids following us around). He was nothing but professional. His estimate was clear and he explained each line item so that I knew what we were paying for.
  
  Our move happened in two parts -- first we put things into storage so that we could stage our current home, and then we moved to our new house. Moving us out of our old home was complicated because we lived on a busy street, but had such a steep driveway that Olympia had to keep their truck on the street and walk up and down our driveway. Furthermore, it was in the middle of the summer and it was so hot! The movers were patient, kind, and efficient. They were careful with all of our belongings and nothing was broken. When we arrived at our new house, they were careful to put all of the furniture where we needed it, so that we didn't have to do any heavy lifting ourselves. The movers were incredibly professional.
  
  Finally, the estimate was accurate and we did not have to pay any more than what Eddie estimated at the original walk-through. While moving is never a fun process, Olympia made it as easy as possible. If we ever have to move again, Olympia will absolutely have our business.
