(December 12, 2016, 6:26 pm)I've been to their Watertown location off of Main St. twice. The first time because my car battery died in the next door parking lot. The second time because the deep cycle battery backups for my sump pump had gone past their life and would no longer hold a charge. Each time, Franklin diagnosed exactly what replacement battery I needed and brought it out and disposed of the old batteries without question. While the storefront is a mess and their computers are out of the eighties, the knowledge, service, and pricing are great and I'm glad they are around.
