  Jon was terrific. I'm a part-time landlord, and he gave me excellent pointers. He found qualified tenants extremely quickly, far faster than any other rental agents I have worked with in the past.

  We worked with Morgan Wigden of Shilalis Real Estate. Morgan was a fantastic help to us as we hunted for a new apartment this summer. COVID made it very clear that our small 1 bedroom apartment wasn't going to work for both my wife and I working from home! When the first place we liked fell through, Morgan found us another apartment that day that went above and beyond what we were looking for in a place in our price range. By the end of the day, we had seen the apartment, met the landlords, had a lease being drawn up and were so excited to move into our new home! We've been here almost a month now, thanks to Morgan!

  Shilalis Real Estate was great to work with, we found them via an apartment on Zillow they were representing and throughout the process from finding the apartment to viewing to signing the lease Jon & team were nothing but responsive and great! Any questions we had were quickly answered by email and Jon was always quick to answer the phone or call back to go through details. We viewed the unit with Shant from the firm and he was knowledgeable and friendly. Looking for an apartment during a pandemic was daunting but Jon & his team made it our easiest move in years!

  It was a pleasure working with Shilalis real estate. We originally had our eyes set on one location but it went to a different party. Jon and his team were quick to find us a similar unit in a similar location at a cheaper price. He worked with us on the lease and was always on time and responsive.
