Brought in my girl's car today for an antifreeze issue. It's a small bmw suv and a dealership's wet dream. It has over 100k and I know the dealer would try and squeeze a million and one problems out of the car, it's not perfect. I heard stories like this about dealerships and I didn't want to get ripped off. I want quality service at a reasonable price. So I spoke with my friend who drives a used bmw also and he recommended his friend Davo's shop. I called and spoke with the shop manager Haik and I was happy with how quick they were able to take the car in, as I didn't want to wait and possibly over heat the engine. I was already topping off the coolant everyday. It was becoming a stressful daily task.
Anyways I took it in today, this shop is very knowledgeable about all cars but especially German ones, which is mostly what I noticed when I dropped off her car.

Their communication is really good, they called to let me know about the diagnosis of the issue and what resources it would take to get the problem fixed. As with any 10 year old vehicle it had other kinks as well that they told me about but they were not a safety issue so I kindly declined those things. They weren't high pressure and actually very helpful by coming up with a plan to tackle some issues with proper diagnosis. There was some oil leak somewhere too and instead of taking the rip and replace approach they power washed all the oil and my engine is spotless now. I have an appointment to go back to have them pinpoint exactly where the leak is. So I'm a happy camper because my girl is happy and worry free and I'll prob get some nookie tonight. I have a nickname for Haik now, it's Houdini Haik because I brought him car problems and he made them disappear. Thanks!!!

Honesty. There is no other repair shop in Boston metro that will tell you what truly needs to be fixed without bringing you to the cleaners.

I used this work shop to fix some details in my 05 Medcedes. And the guys were very nice, payed attention to every detail what I said and run through all the issues of the car. They know what they are doing. Totally recommend this company!
