    I can’t say enough great things about our experience. My daughter chipped her front tooth on a Thursday night around 7:15pm I received a call within 30 minutes after leaving a voicemail with Dr.Mack’s office from Alisa who helped talk us through everything. She even offered us an appointment first thing Friday morning! Considering their professionalism and friendly service, along with their beautifully clean office, we will be continuing our future visits with Dr.Mack moving forward.

    If you're a new patient, make sure your new patient form sends through, otherwise you might have to do it twice. Leave a lot of time for your first time there as well. My two cents, is in the age of technology, all companies should have back ups for 'tech delay'. After the initial delay, it was made up by the great hygienist and staff. Dr. Mack also seems very thorough.

    Mack Dental is professional and honest. They have the latest technology. I have been going to the office for several years and each time I go in they have either updated the machines or the way the perform a procedure. Which makes me feel like they are constantly educated the staff. I love Dr. Mack. She takes the time to make sure I am comfortable. She is very gentle when she is doing work on my teeth. I highly recommend Mack Dental in Watertown
