  I actually miss this place. But now I'm back to college. Best place you could possibly live in the area. I wished they had other sister apartments in my area under regency. Staff there is helpful and are very caring. The maintance team was awesome to talk to about problems about the unit or just sports in general. During winter they really do their best to keep the place cleaned up to drive out. I would get a garage as parking does fill out here VERY quickly. Best choice I made while living there. If I ever move back to Wilmington, this is the place I'll moving into again

  I've lived here since the complex opened. It is a small friendly clean community. The current leasing and maintenance staff are wonderful.

  I have lived at Regency Place going on 10 years (since 2008). Regency provides a safe, family- oriented, and pet-friendly environment. There are fun activities for families, s’mores and games by the fire-pit, relaxing by the pool in the summer, getting in a workout at the gym and enjoying offsite gatherings at Redheat and Boston or right at the clubhouse. I have experienced all of the management teams and can confirm Derek, the office manager and his team are professional, welcoming and efficient/timely at resolving any concerns or maintenance emergencies/requests. The property is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous assortments per season of gardening/lawn care and properly maintained especially during our New England snow storms keeping sidewalks and parking spaces clear and salted. Garages are offered and useful for storage/keeping the car protected in the winter season.
  Derek and Team have done a fabulous job making myself and family feel welcome and at home. (Added bonus-Amazon delivery safely onsite 24 hours) I highly recommend stopping by the rental office for a tour.
