Chuck was straight forward, helpful, respectful and honest. He also stepped up and assisted us when our priest wasn't at the graveside when our procession arrived. It was a difficult situation and my husband was devastated. He felt he had failed his father, since it was his responsibility to facilitate with services.
I don't know how to express our gratitude to Chuck, but he helped us resolve a very difficult situation, with poise and grace. I don't think we could ask for more.
The funeral home is gorgeous and all our requests were handled. You won't be disappointed with this funeral home. You can trust them with your loved ones, and they will step up to any challenge.
