  Andrew was on time, fast and explained what he found. He showed me my line on camera also. Really took the time to explain. Old home over 150 ft from street! Lots of trees but he wasn’t deterred. Thank you!

  Very flexible and easy to work with. The job hit a snag and they were willing to bring out a second tech to solve it. Thankfully the original technician solved it all and had it buttoned up quickly. I’ll definitely call them again.

  Alex the tech was on time, courteous, and neat. He made sure the clog was resolved and my laundry drain was back up and running. I think his name is Scott , the owner or manager was great too, quick to set up appointment, they had availability to accommodate my schedule and had reasonable rates. Would recommend and use them again.

  My experience is great.
  
  The main sewer line is clogged. We call John’s Sewer and they send someone to fix it. The plumber comes right on time.
  
  My house does not have a sewer clean out. The plumber carefully move the equipment to my basement. He has to broke apart the equipment and assemble it back. He did it quickly and didn’t touch any of my door frame or wall. He has to take the toilet in the basement out to reach the sewer line. We have a minor clog and he fixes it quickly. Afterward he mopped the floor with white towel to keep things cleaned. I will recommend John’s sewer to anyone in the 95/93 area who has plumbing problem.
  
  The only “issue” is that the plumber is quite focused on his job and didn’t spend a lot of time explaining the problem to me. This is certainly fine with me!!!
