  I can not say enough about my recent car buying experience. We travelled there on a Sunday and didn't realize because of covid that they were by appointment only.
  
  I gave a call to leave a message and salesman Dennis answered and said he was just heading home after his last appointment. Instead of leaving Dennis came out to let us in and gave us the keys to take a look at the vehicle we were interested in.
  
  The one we wanted unfortunately had a hold on it but Dennis took our information in case the hold was released. We told him that the car we looked at was exactly what we wanted. To our dismay the car was on hold but Dennis made a few calls and found another one just like it. The new one has less miles and a better interior!
  
  We can't thank Dennis enough for all his hard work. Working with him was breeze, zero pressure and very personable. We now know where we will go for our next vehicle and my man Dennis will definitely get my business again!

  I purchased a XT5 few weeks ago, Dennis Morin, the sales consultant made the process painless! He was extremely patient, put no pressure on me and made the decision process clear and simple. Steve Souza the General Sales Manager and Dennis worked hard together to give me the best price and finance rate to make the deal! I definitely will be back here to buy my next Cadillac.

  We had a perfect experience dealing with Colonial purchasing our car.. From Steve who we first met and was so kind and informative(he’s why we came back the next day to purchase our vehicle) He introduced us to Dennis Murin a salesman. Dennis was superb. No pressure and he was so happy to have our family test drive this car. He loved this car and so did we, He took care of everything for us with such ease. We just felt so confident and so special dealing with Dennis, He is a gem in your organization!!! Will always recommend him to friends. Then, he brought us to Rick the finance manager who made the process so easy, and so pleasant(something other finance managers we have dealt with over the years were not) We so appreciated his special way and great personality, Also a gem in your organization.   I highly recommend Colonial Cadillac to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I recently signed a car lease with this dealership for the first time and it was by far the easiest and most efficient transaction. I’m from out of state and it was well worth the drive. The service is impeccable. I will be referring friends and family!
