(March 11, 2022, 11:49 am)This is a great workout center for "mature" folks, especially if recovering from an injury or suffering from chronic aches and pains, but also for just staying in good physical condition. Run by Physical Therapists you get the best advice and training on what to do or not to do. Very health-conscious with HEPA filtration and ultraviolet disinfection of circulating air. Also a great value for the money. Nice facility with adequate number of exercise machines and free weights. Highly recommend.
