Attorney Lavey by far is one of the best lawyers within Massachusetts. I realize that's a bold statement to make as I only know 10 to 15 lawyers. Jeff represented me in 2 car accident cases both of which the other driver was at fault but regardless of that fact Jeff ensured that all involved, it was crystal clear that we had the upper hand.
Jeff's work ethic is absolutely amazing! He gets in his office by 6am most often and is ready with calls and emails right when the business day begins.
Not only is that simply amazing his ability to keep me informed of every step of each process he's attacking he also takes and returns calls and emails right away.
I've referred Jeff to several friends and in my opinion when you're willing to put your name next to Jeff's as "The Lawyer for you" that says allot.
